Questions
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted automatically. Your photos, stories, and tree stay in place and can always be downloaded. Lineage allows 50 people and 2 GB, so if you're over that after cancelling, you can still view and download everything but can't add new people or uploads until you're under the limit or upgrade. You get a 60-day grace period with email reminders, and you can choose what to remove. Re-subscribing brings everything back.
Are there ads?
No. Kinnected doesn’t show ads on any plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves back to Lineage.
How do printed keepsakes work?
You order a printed family tree or book from your photos and tree. We send it through a printing partner, and Legacy members get a discount.
